Your email address, your answers to the 8 movement questions, the chart generated from them, and (only if you choose to upload one) a short video clip. We use this to prepare your Fit Call: to match your answers to your booking, to email you your results, and so Aaron can look at your starting point before you talk. If you haven't completed the assessment shortly before your call, we may send you up to two short reminder emails.
Legal basis: steps you requested before a possible coaching agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form.
The copies stored by the assessment app are deleted automatically 14 days after your last submission. We may keep a private copy of your chart and clip in our coaching archive (Google Workspace) if you become one of our students, for example to compare your progress. It is only accessible to us and is never shared or published without asking for your explicit permission first. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cloudflare (hosting, web address and temporary storage), Google Workspace (email, calendar and archive) and Calendly (call booking). They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Some of them are based in the USA; transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
This page uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser only remembers your own email and a result link locally, so you can come back to add a clip without redoing the assessment.
On the Fit Call thank-you page your browser also remembers which steps you ticked off. Videos there load from YouTube only when you tap them (privacy-enhanced mode) - see our full privacy notice.
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, get it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Just email hi@softacroaaron.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), Wiesbaden.
